By creating a company on JewelDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your password.
The invoices, stock and party records you enter belong to you. We store them so the software can work, and we do not sell them.
Paid plans run for the period you paid for. Charges already paid are not refundable except where the refund policy says so.
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be unavailable.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use JewelDesk after a change means you accept the new terms.
